Parent Volunteers

 

Parent volunteers require a criminal record check. Individuals can apply online for a Criminal Record Check at https://justice.gov.bc.ca/criminalrecordcheck

Use our school’s access code (WYW3PT2FSN) and your Criminal Record Check will be sent directly to the school.

Volunteer Drivers:
Here are the School District requirements for volunteer drivers.  Please make sure all of these items are up to date and in the office:

  1. Sign the school district form (available in the office)
  2. Copy of insurance with a minimum of 2 million liability 
  3. Drivers abstract
  4. Copy of driver’s license
  5. Vulnerable Sector Criminal Records Clearance Letter completed in the last 3 years*
